Preparation for class:

A Zoom link will be sent to you the day before class.

Ideally your mat should be set up near a wall and your camera/webcam placed so your full mat is in view plus a few feet higher than your height.  Demonstrations will be given in a “come and watch” format before an asana so you will not need to look at your screen while in the asana.

Shorts or fitted tights with a T-shirt are recommended.  Please come to class with an empty stomach ( 2 hrs. after a heavy meal, 1 hr. after a light snack).

Props are used to enhance the benefits of the asanas and allow students to progress according to their abilities.
